For many years, this iconic Black Barn served as the heart of the local community, functioning as a local museum, post centre, and the regular meeting point where locals gathered, connected, and celebrated together.
Today, set on 0.5 hectares with stunning views of the Kaweka Ranges and just 2 minutes away from the 9-hole Puketitiri Golf Club, Hawke’s Bay, we continue that warm spirit of community.
The area offers a wealth of outdoor adventures right on your doorstep, including trout fishing in the pristine Kaweka River, hunting for sika and red deer in the Forest Park, hiking on scenic tracks, and a relaxing soak at the Mangatutu Hot Pools (approximately 20 minutes away).
