We have a private 2 bed guest suite attached to our new home with own entrance. Main unit is open plan lounge/bedroom with ensuite and kitchenette and attached 2nd bedroom. Access to bathroom from 2nd bedroom is through main unit. Children above 5 years of age are welcome but we only have 2 queen size beds available. Max 4 people. Home is set amongst farmland with exotic tree plantings and extensive views north over the sparkling Thames inlet towards the Coromandels. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, nespresso pod coffee machine. Continental breakfast and assortment of chocolates are available. Bathroom has heated towel rail, shower and underfloor heating. Lounge area has heat pump/air con unit and smart tv. We have the Miranda Shorebird Sanctuary and Hauraki Rail Trail on our doorstep.
