We have a private 2 bed guest suite attached to our new home with own entrance. Main unit is open plan lounge/bedroom with ensuite and kitchenette and attached 2nd bedroom. Children above 5 years of age are welcome but we only have 2 queen size beds available. Max 4 people. Home is set amongst farmland with exotic tree plantings and extensive views north over the sparkling Thames inlet towards the Coromandels. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, nespresso pod coffee machine. Continental breakfast, wine and assortment of chocolates are complimentary. Bathroom has heated towel rail, shower and underfloor heating. Lounge area has heat pump/air con unit and smart tv. Miranda is a haven for nature enthusiasts and bird watchers with a diverse bird population, including the migratory godwits and red knots that travel from the Arctic each year. The Miranda Shorebird Sanctuary and Hauraki Rail Trail are both right on our doorstep,
